I just had my first veggie wrap at the Green Spot Kitchen and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and all the ingredients were delicious and fresh. Quite impressed and will definitely be back!!.

My friend and I had dinner here tonight! We love healthy and delicious food plus we love to eat. For starters we had the Falafel appetizer and also an order of Artichoke Fries (they made them without the parmesan cheese for me because I don't do to much cheese). Also we got a side of hummus to dip the Falafel in. We really enjoyed eating this. The artichoke fries we awesome and I loved the cayenne pepper on top and the sauce too! The Falafel was extremely tasty dipped in Hummus! We also got the Gaucamole and since it had sliced cucumbers we kinda mixed it up. For our main course we had vegetarian tacos which were really good served with taziki sauce. Our tastebuds were enjoying all this. My friend got the chicken on top of a salad. I was enjoying some of this and especially the bottom of the salad where I discovered sunflower seeds! We watched a nature flick while we ate. Loved the decor and the bathroom was designed very nicely. Extremely clean environment. When we were done I saw I could have brought my little dog and sat outside. Next time. Good service and healthy environment. We will be back! Thanks.

Here you go, a real GEM. Do you like healthy hand crafted fresh foods seldom found anywhere in today's world of chain foods and fake health foods? If the answer is yes then this is your next stop. Excellent quality hand made vegan and non vegan dishes made by a very knowledgable chef...just perfect. Even the drink menu excels with all kinds of healthy alternatives to soda and iced tea. Lunch cost me $15 bucks for a generous vegan wrap that was mouth watering for every bite! Prepare for lots of flavor and a a very caring chef..so good!

This place is such a great find. I absolutely loved every thing I tried. Bison tacos, guacamole, artichoke fries!!!! I have gone multiple times in one week and will continue. Amazing food and a great way to support a local small business.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Green Spot Kitchen! I had purchased the Groupon for this place because I was intrigued by the menu: Bison Tacos? Artichoke Fries, Ceviche Tacos? All of these items are totally up my alley, so you know I had to try it! Let me tell you, I was not disappointed: I had the Kale Bison Wich ($15) witha side of Sweet potato fries. They serve them with some home-made sauces like Red Ryu Aioli or Strider Aioli - both delicious. My friends ordered some of their smoothies and seemed happy with them. All in all, I would definetively come back!

Thank you for the parking tips, I took advantage of that on my last visit and it helped. I brought my husband along too this time and he enjoyed the bison tacos very much. Customer service was a ton better, the manager/owner is the 1 who helped us and was very attentive and sweet. Thank you and look foward to our next dining experience with you!

Came here for the first time out of curiosity and was blown away . I tried the vegetable ceviche tacos and when I tell you the first bite instantly woke me up and gave me a burst of energy that was definitely needed!!! So delicious will be coming back

Love this little place. The location isn't all that convenient for me but when Im in the area I always stop in for a juice at the very least. The food is always good and fresh so are the juices. I just don't know why its empty every time I've been there..... maybe its the location -- hard to find unless you are traveling westbound on Commercial. Its tucked away in the corner next to thai spice. Parking is sometimes a little difficult but if you just wait a few minutes something opens up. The staff is super friendly too. Im still thinking about that coconut water she offered me...that i would have normally never ordered.

The positive things about this new restaurant are the service and the dining room in addition to the eye catching lit up sign over the counter spelling out KITCHEN! They seem to have gone via the new fad of the customer coming up to the counter. ordering, paying and then sitting down with your food served by the cashier. I do not know about 'healthy food' only if food tastes good or not, but this place seems to go way overboard with their prices. We started off with Artichoke Fries servd with a citrus sauce on the side. They are spicy, which I like, but the portion is way too small for $6. It was sort of adding insult to injury when we got our main course with a 'side' of pickled veggies. Sorry but no way is that a side of veggies--they were served in a very small cup that normally butter or cocktail sauce would be served in. A side would either be on the plate or in a monkey dish which would have consisted of more than a teaspoon of veggies.Okay the fries didn't taste healthy which, in a way, made them taste good to me. Allen had a Berry Blast (strawberry, banana, blueberry) smoothie ($6) and I had an Exoctic Refresh (coconut, pineapple and banana) smoothie ($6)--there was a note about 'make it a combo and get a smoothie for $5 but I let it go. For our main course I had the Chic Which ($12) and Allen had the Steak Which ($12) with that teaspoon of veggies. Next time put a piece of fresh parsley or basil. The organic ezekiel sprout bread was delicious. The free range chicken breast with 'balsamicmaui onion, cured tomatoes, arugula mayo and melted brie (though I didn't see or taste any of the latter) on the sprout bread was tasty but that $12 price is too much. Allen said nothing about his sandwich which isn't a good sign. We decided to share a banana split ($7) which came with blueberries, strawberries, a banana, chocolate syrup and with, what is says on the menu, vanilla ice cream. It tasted more like ice milk and/or ice refrozen a few times. All in all the check came to $61.95, including tax, and with the groupon deduction of $16 the total was $45.94, far too much for what we got. At these prices there should be full table service. I have only been to one other 'health food' restaurant--the vegan restaurant Sublime which I, also, found overpriced--and I wonder if eating healthy means dying broke? **************************************************************************************** One on me--I just called the restaurant to complain about being overcharged on the bill--I was wrong!!!! I didn't hesitate to apologize. LOL

Poor service and food was not great. Maybe we went at a slow time? But the woman at the counter was obviously extremely bored and made that clear. We got the cauliflower bites, veggie sliders, and bison tacos and were all mediocre at best. Will be sticking to Living Green across the street!

This place is awesome! LOVE coming here, mainly for their artichokes fries, they are THE BEST! A must have. The food is always fresh and so far pretty consistent, which I sometimes think its hard to find. The place is clean and bright & everyone is nice. But those artichokes fries though...

  • Claudia C.

Pleasantly surprised upon walking in. The pictures don't show clearly how lovely and spacious this place is. We ordered bison and chicken tacos, artichoke fries and chicken tenders. Everything was flavorful. And that green sauce was to die for. Service is quick and impeccable. Many options to choose from so we'll definitely return. It's too bad they are only open until 7 as I'd love to make this a regular dinner spot. Music was also pleasant.

GSK is truly a hidden gem and a five-star organic spot (kinda hard to find), but if you're not familiar with the area as I am - it's near Thai Spice in a tiny strip mall section along Commercial Blvd. Thank goodness for GPS these days and Yelp. There's a massage place next door and a barbershop. If they could switch places with the barbershop, it would be a goldmine. Anyhow, moving onto their delicious menu filled with GSK awesomeness. After a weekend of post-Yelp festivities, auntie had a business meeting here and invited my friend and I to join them. She said you (insert Chinese accent) FAT need to eat green & healthier foods. I'm thinking...okay I don't wanna join you...brutally honest auntie (reminds me of lady from "Fresh off the Boat"). One of the owners, beautiful Natalie comes over with organic cucumber water, Popeye salad, chicken chop salad with kale, quinoa, cabbage, romaine & spiced sunflower seeds. The Greek salad consisted of kale, romaine, feta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes & green olives - totally dig their house balsamic vinigarette dressing and aioli sauces. The other owner/Chef Sasha was making more delicious foods in the kitchen. Next were Sea Wolf burgers, but they look more like quesadillas, also served on fresh cabbage shells with oven-cured tomato & balsamic onions. The grouper ceviche was served with baked sweet potato, cilantro and purple onion...tasted so fresh. The Caribbean Seabob shrimp & Butterfish were flavorful and hearty. Let's not forget the scrumptious sweet potato fries, paired well with all the colorful dishes. I must try the artichoke fries next time. Everything tasted savory, tender, juicy, and full of proteins. Just when you thought enough is enough, bison rolls served in a spinach wrap with fresh pico de gallo started coming out, and I'm thinking what was my auntie doing to me. If this is her way of detoxing me after a weekend of fun in the sun, she's just an enabler like the rest of the family j/k. Yet, bison is one of the healthiest red meats. Last but not least, dessert was absolutely divine. I've never had a banana split with vegan date cake sprinkled on top, nice touch! They also serve organic wine and coffee. Natalie had me sample a cup of Pinot Grigio, as I was missing Napa Valley - refreshing. We were so stuffed, we couldn't get up to move onto our next destination. Thank you Natalie and Sasha for your hospitality and fiesta foods, combined with healthy snacks and drinks. Highly recommended for everyone and anyone, healthy way of eating is the best way! They also offer gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free options, along with a kid's green corner. Meal plans are also offered, eventually nationwide, and ordering online is available. They also cater to minimum of 10 people. This dynamic duo is extremely savvy with the latest & greatest technology; they thought of everything. They also offer a Yelp discount of $5 for $20 meal or purchase the Yelp deal $20 for $30. The inside of the restaurant is chic with an open kitchen (I love open kitchens), where we can watch all the action take place. Hope to see you guys in SF or California one day, your concept will be embraced by all the fit-foodies here. The name Green Spot Kitchen is super catchy! greenspotkitchen.com/exp…

Nice surprise! Went with a friend! Had the cabbage tacos, lentil soup, & strawberry/blueberry/banana smoothie! Everything was very filling & delicious! Inexpensive vegan meal!!! We were impressed with our first time visit! We will be back!

To sum it up - Disappointing. The whole Green and healthy vibe led me to believe that I was going to be in for a treat, however the Green Spot turned out to be very unimaginative and boring. We had the veggie ceviche, artichoke fries, hummus which is served with cucumber slices (no pita), and falafel which appeared to be deep fried hummus. We also had the veggie soup which was plain veggie broth with a few cut up veggies - it was extremely bland, tasted like barely flavored water. The veggie ceviche consisted of a few chopped up veggies drenched in lime juice served over awkwardly big and chunky cabbage wedges. The artichoke fries were pretty decent although they were fried, the hummus was on the chunky side, again very plain, and the falafal appeared to be that same hummus made into balls and deep fried. We also had the mango water which was served in very small glasses at $3/ea. Service was slow but pleasant, overall I expected this healthy concept they are advertising to be executed better, anyone can chop up regular veggies and toss them in lime or water. And to top it off, the servings were rather small and expensive. Since this is a new restaurant I hope they are able to revamp their menu, they shouldn't be afraid to explore more complex recipes.

My husband and I are really pleased to have found such a great place to eat. Food is extremely fresh, healthy and creative. Loved the ginger tea and the Detox smoothie of beet/ginger/turmeric. Our meals were very delicious! We will highly recommend your place to friends and family! Thank you also for your complimentary fried artichoke you provided us ! It was amazing !

A true hidden gem. Its a little hard to find but it is worth it. Ingredients are all fresh and everything is made to order. I have tried many items and everyone is excellent. Probably what I like best are the different combinations they have for salads, wraps and sandwiches, all very unique. And the jalepeno and red pepper sauces are fresh and go with everything. Since I have found the place have been back several times. Great place.....a must try!!!!!

  • Tairyn A.

I came to this place with a groupon, so my bill was not too bad. The food is very tasty, but a bit overpriced. I do understand they use better ingredients and those cost more. You are what you eat after all, but this isn't a place I'd come back too often. Now onto the food: I had sweet potato fries. They weren't any tastier than at any other place I had them. Bison tacos were great, the sauce they bring you is amazing. And a exotic smoothie, it was awesome. I recommend this place if you are ok with spending upward of $25 plus tip for fast food style meal.

My friend and I came here today with high hopes we could find a new healthy spot to go to and I don't think this is going to be it. We had artichoke fries which were really yummy but drenched in oil. I had the ceviche tacos which I regret ordering they were bland, it was chopped up veggies with a little bit of lime (I think) on top of cabbage shells, wish I ordered something different. My friend had a veggie quesadilla which I ate half of because I didn't like mine. It was pretty good but again, drenched in oil. Don't think I'll be back again.

Having a daughter who counts calories and is always looking for a health-conscious restaurant, we were going to try this eatery sooner or later. It is in the corner of the Thai Spice plaza that has been a cemetery for restaurants. Sometimes that is not a bad thing as rents can be significantly cheaper if you're the 9th tenant in eleven years. Everything we had was delicious. My Kale Caesar with a Veggie Add-On of Quinoa for a few dollars more was savory and very garlicky, healthy, and filling simultaneously. My wife had a Steak-wich which was tender, well-seasoned, and delicious. The Princess had the Kale Bison Burger. All is healthy here without sacrificing the flavor potential. I disagree with some of the reviewers that this is over-priced. A salad for $8 or $9 with a veggie add-on for $3 or a protein add-on for $4 is not pricey. People should use the same brain they use at Publix when they go out to a restaurant..but, alas, they don't. And the lady who couldn't get served because she claims they closed early isn't a real thing, either. Yelp should filter out foodservice reviews that have nothing to do with food or service. The only negative was that the service was a little disorganized. New hires should be given a manual to study during training and take quizzes before going it alone. I am concerned about the plethora of health-conscious restaurants opening up everywhere. We've gone from the coal-fired-pizza fad to self-serve yogurt mania to gourmet burgers galore, and now to health-conscious concepts. Today's fad is usually tomorrow's absolute auction. We will be back here for certain. Hopefully they show a creative edge over the competition and have implemented a sustainable cost structure. Rest assured, people, the food quality is here. Health and good taste.

So glad Green Spot Kitchen is in the neighborhood!! A little hard to find, tucked back in the corner of a small shopping center. We tried the bison tacos, Black Bean Soup, Artichoke Fries, and Oatmeal Chicken Fingers with a berry juice. Everything was fantastic and satisfying. We will definitely be back soon.

  • Christie J.

Came here for lunch and split the Bison Tacos and Vegetarian Chili between two people. Both dishes were great and enough to fill you up for lunch. All of the vegetables were super fresh and delicious. The jalapeño mustard was so good that I'm considering going back just to buy a bottle!... Put it on EVERYTHING!! Looking forward to going back and exploring the menu.

Spotless clean, small and trendy joint. All healthy food items favorite 2 things there are the bison witch on ezekiel and the artichoke fries. The red and green sauces that come with are incredibly tasty! They do deliver. There are 2 pretty good yelp offers that apply on every check in. Love the place!

Whomever has the notion that healthy can't equal delicious will change their mind by coming to this tasty little restaurant. This cute little restaurant is located in the nook in a small shopping center on commercial blvd. I've been here three times and never disappointed so I can confidently give this place 5 stars. So far I've loved the kale bison burger (flavorful and not dry); the free range chicken tacos (simply want to get a second serving it's so good); power salad (didn't even know what bulgur is but it was tasty); fresh cilantro guacamole and hummus plate for appetizers were excellent. The mango coconut tango smoothie was refreshing. The staff is friendly and the service was on point, the food was great. I say give the place a chance cause I want the masses to open up to healthy and tasty food for better living :) and I want this place to become a staple of the area so I can keep coming for more....yum

The food is excellent. Menu not always marked for spice. You need to ask if something is spiced. If you don't like spice ask first

  • Brandon S.

Surprised how nice this place actually looks inside and also by all the options they have. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options and non. The vegan chilli was tasty and hearty. Kinda obsessed with the beet hummus which is a little side item... This place is on the pricey side. For lunch for two we spent a little over $40.. But there are items that aren't very pricey, but with so much to choose from and wanting to try it all it tends to add up. Overall I was impressed. One thing is I felt rushed to order as it was my first time there and no one else was in the restaurant.... Other than that no complaints here and will most likely be back...

    (4)
  • Ingrid B.

Needed to find a gluten free lunch spot. Sandwiches and wraps were great. Had the veggie. Very fresh with a touch of hummus. They even deliver. Only negative is the shopping center parking is insufficient so if you come during the lunch rush it's hard to park.

    (4)
  • Matt G.

Third time was the charm, ordered one thing and was brought something completely different and told that they were all out. Next time tell your customers when you're out of something instead of just making your own decision to make me what you want.... Unfortunate, but I really tried with this place.

  • Gabby V.

Just had lunch from here, The Chicken Tacos with an order of guacamole. WOW! This might be my new favorite spot. I absolutely loved my lunch. Fresh and tasteful. There isn't to choose from in the commercial and 441 area, but i definitely will take the 10 min drive here than to eat Wendy's or Moe's.

We went for a quick lunch yesterday and very much enjoyed it. The bison wrap was delicious and the hummus was just right. Felt though that the green juice would have been best if it had been freshly juiced.

This place is incredible. If you like healthy eating,it will be tough to beat this. Try one of the Power salads and throw some free range chicken on top. Finish it off with Ginger and beat shot and a coconut and kale smoothie..... simply delicious!!!!!

Ate here for lunch with my dad today. Excellent, clean food. Had a bison burger on toasted ezielkel bread. Also tried their sweet potato fries with their home made roasted pepper sauce. A bit tough parking but would definitely recommend trying it. We'll be back!

How nice it is to eat quality ingredients. House-made veggie patties on toasted Ezekiel bread; kale-spinach-cucumber-ginger-apple drink. A bit expensive, though. $14 for the two.

The food is great, the staff friendly and the place looks funky. Would certainly go back here.

We went here for lunch, exited for their healthy fare but were sorely disappointed. The meal was over prized - $3 for a very small "mango" water, a confused looking waitress, and the food was unimaginative. The vegan options were along the lines of roasted veggie sandwich - very unoriginal. We split the ceviche, artichoke, hummus plate, and falafel. We each also ordered a veggie soup. The ceviche could have been great but the presentation was poor, served on thick layers of cabbage leaves that could not be eaten like the tacos they were supposed to be. The fried artichoke was the only thing that was really good! If I find myself here again it's the only thing I would have again. The hummus was just OK and was served with cucumber slices. I don't like cucumbers so that wasn't my fave. I'm pretty sure the "falafel" was balls of deep fried hummus, mushy inside (see Charmie P's photo). The veggie soup was OK, but again reflected their lack of imagination as it was basically the same as their chicken soup but I'm guessing with chicken stock and bits.

We had a great time visiting Green Spot Kitchen during our stay in Fort Lauderdale. We were impressed by the quality of the food and everything tasted delicious. We arrived only a few minutes before closing, and they had no problem serving us and stayed late just so our family could enjoy the food, and we did! We would definitely return on future visits.

this is my new go-to spot if i want to eat clean. it's pretty expensive though. i ordered a power green salad with chicken and artichoke fries for $24!!! but luckily, the cashier told me about the yelp check in coupon ($5 off $20).

  • Dani C.

This place has become one of my favorite spots. They offer a healthy and delicious alternative to the fast good choices in the area. I use fast food in the sense that sometimes I just want to grab something healthy on the run and this place satisfies that. I consider myself a foodie with a palate for food with flavor. I have eaten at many 5 star restaurants around the world and these chefs have perfected the combination of substance, quality, and flavor into their food. Glad to have them in the neighborhood:)

    (5)
  • Candy B.

Awesome staff and the food was delicious! Ordered the vegetarian ceviche which was very flavorful. Love the atmosphere and my favorite was the coconut drink, served in an actual coconut!! Best coconut water I have ever had! The green smoothie was delicious as well. I can't wait to go back, I want to try everything! :)

Went here for some food and the parking was insane. Despite the sign saying open and the door bring open store was closed two hours earlier than advertised. That's bad business and a wasted trip since I live in pompano.

Interesting place. Juices were good. Grass fed steak was chewy. Salad was good. Bisonwich was good. Fried artichokes tasty

  • John F.

It's a 3 because of price point. $6 for a side of sweet potato fries in really high. Certainly has fresh juices, and healthy options if that's your thing. Small and still finding their way, so the service is slow, but attentive. We'll see how they do. For my dollar, Myapapaya is the healthy place to eat.

    (3)
  • Joe M.

Great food but the woman at the counter killed the experience. Everyone else on staff seemed genuine and helpful. Food was sitting ready for a few minutes as she passed it several times even after asking for it. The chef, kitchen help and gentleman (owner?) were all excellent. Enjoyed a smoothie and an salsa appetizer that was very tasty. Will give it another try and hope for better service. Otherwise, it's not worth the premium prices.

If healthy eating is your style then check out this little spot. I ordered a buffalo burger and some of their falafel which was amazing. They have all different types of jucies, wraps, sandwhiches, soups and what not that wont affect your waist line. The prices are a little steep but other than that I enjoyed my food from Green Spot.

RUN, don't walk to this AWESOME foodie joint. Not just organic, but ORGASMIC! Have the artichoke fries, trust me. If you're a sweet potatoe lover, have those fried TOO! The steakwich had great flavors, and the bison tacos were D-lish! Took an energy shot as well, CARROT, and pleasantly surprised. The staff was awesome and the place kitchy-kool! Want their KITCHEN sign for my home! Kudos G-Spot, you certainly hit mine!

another disappointment. i was so excited to try out a new healthy restaurant. i was completely ignored while the guy working tried to poke around on the ipad for 10 min. i left and he wasn't even phased to have a customer walk out. the comment i posted on Green Spot Kitchen's facebook page was deleted. i guess i should have known something was weird when i commented on a facebook photo. they posted a fat content chart comparing different animals (you can still see the chart on their page). i asked about what cut they were referring to and they just insisted that bison was buffalo. well, yes, that is true. but you can't compare a chicken breast to pork chop and call it fair. pork tenderloin actually has less fat than chicken breast. they told me i was wrong and deleted the comment.

Just OK. I had purchased a Groupon to this restaurant and was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. Either way, I wanted to get the full value of the Groupon, so I took a friend there for lunch. We each ordered the bison tacos and shared an order of the artichoke fries. Overall, I found the food to be edible but not memorable. The tacos were served flat on a tray with seasoned bison meat, chopped cabbage and cilantro leaves haphazardly tossed on top. The bison was tasty, but the dish was cold by the time it got to the table. The salsa it was served with was forgettable and watery. The artichoke fries, which I assumed were more of an appetizer, arrived well after our food was served...like almost 10 minutes later. They at least came out hot, but the delicate artichoke leaves tasted a little charred and greasy as though they had spent too much time in the fryer. The service was friendly, which was probably the biggest highlight of our visit. The food seems overpriced for what it is.

Wasn't sure by the other reviews if this was going to be a good, but we were pleasantly surprised! I had a green spot wrap with grilled veggies and it was great! So big that my husband ate one half of mine! He had a combo plate of falafel, hummus, cucumber chips & salsa, sweet potato fries, artichoke fries and guacamole. He enjoyed all of it! My favorite of his was the sweet potato fries. He also had a Diabetes juice and it was pretty good. Now as far as the service.......a little wait time to make everything, but it's fresh, so if you want something quick, go for fast food! This is fresh made to order. Mgr was very courteous and informative. She kept checking with us throughout the time we were there. I'll definitely go back! p.s I also got a berry blast to go that was so light, airy and delicious!

I'm so grossed out. The two cooks in the kitchen were eating food with their gloves on as I was ordering, then I kept watching to see if they changed their gloves - NOPE! They then continue to eat what looked like burgers of sorts as they made my food! I threw my food away as soon as I left. I will not be coming back. Such a shame because I'm sure the owner has no idea and probably wants to provide South Florida with quality, healthy food options. The kitchen is open to the customers, bad move.

Lunch today at the green spot kitchen was a true treat. The people that worked there were super attentive and not pushy. The place was very chic and very clean and comfortable. I tried the ceviche tacos and they were made with VERY fresh raw ingredients. My boyfriend loved the cool meal as it was very hot today. I also got a vegetable wrap that was served hot and the kale in it was amazing. Definitely go to this place and love it. I regret not getting a juice or smoothie with my meal so get that too.

Great smoothies and hommus platter. They even brought out some ice water for our dog.

  • Jessica B.

Wow! Super stoked this place has opened close to home. Absolutely delicious - every single dish. My mom, son and I ordered an assortment of tapas, each one more scrumptious than the next. I've never had better falafel or hummus in my life. Artichoke fries? Yes, please! Cannot wait to go back and try all the vegetarian offerings. To the reviewer who threw her food out because the chefs were eating while cooking: please refrain from ever dining out in a restaurant for the remainder of your life. You'd be appalled at what goes on behind the CLOSED DOORS of a commercial kitchen.

Loved it!!! So many great choices of healthy foods, juices and smoothies! A nice break from the norm. It had a fast food type of atmosphere and was fun and quick. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean. We sat outside and enjoyed the Florida breeze. The presentation and overall experience was wonderful!

When it comes to healthy delicious food. Green Spot Kitchen is the place to go. The veggie ceviche tacos was light and refreshing. On another occasion I tried the Bison tacos. Instead of using tortilla the women there recommended cabbage instead. Delicious!

I live in Aventura-- which is a 35 minute ride to the Green Spot Kitchen. However, their marvelous soups make my ride WORTHWHILE!!! Their Lentil Soup is excellent. And, they recently introduced a Tortilla Avocado Soup-- which is Wonderful. I love their Greek Salad,-- which is HEAPING in veggies and Feta Cheese. The restaurant is clean and COZY. Their Smoothies are Delicious and Nutritious and are available in various flavors. This restaurant is a great choice for a healthy lunch and/or dinner. Their portions are big, and prepared with special attention to the diet conscious.

Food was very good. Service quick. Ordered Chic Witch & Steak Witch sandwiches. Both had a very good taste. Sweet potato fries came with a delicious spicy dip. Berry blast smoothie was good as well. Prices a little high, reason not 5 stars, however, higher prices to be expected for quality of ingredients...free range chicken & steak, etc. Would come back if in the area & mood for a good sandwich.

I really liked the food, however, they said they have gluten free bread. Ezekiel bread. I questioned it because I always thought that Ezekiel bread is not gluten free. I should've trusted my gut because it is not. I got very sick and I did call to let them know. Hopefully they will rectify this.

Their bison burger is awesome, but I'm gluten-free, vegan now so it's a bit limited. They do have options, but not many (I hate HAVING to resort to salad). Great juices and I love the fact that they have games to play! Great, fresh juices and friendly staff

I'm alil flustered on what to make of this place, or of my experience. I'm pulled between if the food was good or if its no originality or if my expectations were high... For drink, I ordered organic coffee w/ almond milk. When stirring it, lumps of what seemed like either expired milk, or a dramatic separation between H2o and almond extract were very apparent and not blending in. I know that has happened w/ creamers/milk i've had at home before expiration so I didn't shoot it down immediately. I had 3 sips and I was disgusted. The woman at the counter was nice but I was hoping she'd grant me a smoothie for the inconvenience. But she said drinks from the cooler matched the price of the coffee. I go w/ the flow so I tried this dragon fruit infused, antioxidant water and it was great. I started off with the artichoke fries--flash fried, served with cayenne powder seasoning and cheese. But I got it w/o the cayenne. It was delicious, and even though it is an app, the portion is very small. There were 2 "ketchup bottles" of sauces, as to which I'm not sure the names of (but they have a list of sauces on their menu to get by package or on the side). BEWARE OF THE GREEN SAUCE! VERY hot, was not prepared for it. The orange sauce wasn't bad but it wasn't good either, nothing enticing. Lastly, I ordered the quinoa burger. The burger itself was filling, came with avocado and kale. But again, wasn't bad but wasn't good either. I don't think I would order it again. I know, I know, its organic but $12 alone for this sandwich what didn't do much for me was not worth it. That's all I can say about that. Now, there were not as many vegan/vegetarian options as I thought there would be. Bison seemed to be the only choice, burger wise! Oddly, the quinoa burger was NOT featured on their menu but was featured on their X-ray looking menu on the wall. Every vegan/vegetarian I've tried in soflo offers something diff, and I would say the only thing diff was their, well, artichoke fries. I don't think I can say I would not return, but certainly not come back for awhile.

This place is great. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the bison burger but opted for it served on a bed of greens in lieu of bread. Was delicious! And they graciously gave us a sample of the artichoke fries which were to die for. Will definitely come back to this place- a great place for healthy (and tasty!) food.

Poor service and food was not great. Maybe we went at a slow time? But the woman at the counter was obviously extremely bored and made that clear. We got the cauliflower bites, veggie sliders, and bison tacos and were all mediocre at best. Will be sticking to Living Green across the street!

We went for a quick lunch yesterday and very much enjoyed it. The bison wrap was delicious and the hummus was just right. Felt though that the green juice would have been best if it had been freshly juiced.

This place is awesome! LOVE coming here, mainly for their artichokes fries, they are THE BEST! A must have. The food is always fresh and so far pretty consistent, which I sometimes think its hard to find. The place is clean and bright & everyone is nice. But those artichokes fries though...

Ate here for lunch with my dad today. Excellent, clean food. Had a bison burger on toasted ezielkel bread. Also tried their sweet potato fries with their home made roasted pepper sauce. A bit tough parking but would definitely recommend trying it. We'll be back!

  • Eileen C.

  • Annie R.

  • Ingrid B.

Needed to find a gluten free lunch spot. Sandwiches and wraps were great. Had the veggie. Very fresh with a touch of hummus. They even deliver. Only negative is the shopping center parking is insufficient so if you come during the lunch rush it's hard to park.

  • Matt G.

Third time was the charm, ordered one thing and was brought something completely different and told that they were all out. Next time tell your customers when you're out of something instead of just making your own decision to make me what you want.... Unfortunate, but I really tried with this place.

I really liked the food, however, they said they have gluten free bread. Ezekiel bread. I questioned it because I always thought that Ezekiel bread is not gluten free. I should've trusted my gut because it is not. I got very sick and I did call to let them know. Hopefully they will rectify this.

Thanks.

I just had my first veggie wrap at the Green Spot Kitchen and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and all the ingredients were delicious and fresh. Quite impressed and will definitely be back!!.

How nice it is to eat quality ingredients. House-made veggie patties on toasted Ezekiel bread; kale-spinach-cucumber-ginger-apple drink. A bit expensive, though. $14 for the two.

LOL
